Blumin has worked with Chef and business owner, Steven Smith of the multi-award-winning Freemasons at Wiswell establishment which is nestled in the beautiful Ribble Valley. The gastropub has gone from strength to strength over the years, with the addition of simply stunning guest rooms in 2019 and securing a top-5 position in Estrella Damm's Top 50 gastropub list back in January this year.
We've designed and built their website on Webflow with a custom built CRM for their website, along with an integrated bespoke booking platform we developed called Hppn.
We've worked with Chef Steve Smith over the years to help grow the business, including content planning and creation, social media, email marketing and custom built website landing pages.
The Hppn booking platform, a Digital Transformation project, was developed which serves as a core and mission critical booking platform for the rooms, and includes integrated dining packages which can be published to the website for events and a dashboard system allowing for easy access to manage bookings and revenue. The system took £30k of bookings within the first week of launching.
