Andy founded Blumin nearly 15 years ago with business partner John and as Technical Director, spotlights business improvement through tech for clients across a number of sectors, nationwide. With a background in web development, Andy is a recognised digital ‘problem-solver’ - adding value to businesses through technical leadership, consultancy and high-quality delivery of creative projects that harness the use of tech to drive efficiencies and impact strategic capability. And, whilst designing often complex software solutions, Andy’s real passion lies in communicating technical information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.

Creative Director John hails from a strong design background with a deep understanding of the power of brand positioning, purpose, and personality. With an extensive skill set covering 3D animation, illustration, web design, motion graphics and photography, John founded Blumin with Andy nearly 15 years ago to create a multi-disciplined agency that allows clients to harness conversations with their own markets across a range of different media. John brings an abundance of innovation and commercial awareness to all projects from concept and art direction to execution across multi product category sectors.

Central to all client relationships, Lisa’s role as Account Manager is pivotal in managing projects in and out of the studio; ensuring requirements are documented and understood, budgets are set (and managed) and deadlines are adhered to. Meticulously organised, Lisa adds huge value to our client base as well as the rest of the Blumin team – helping to write and translate comprehensive briefs and project plans, as well as support with marketing strategy and implementation.

With a varied career in the IT sector spanning ten years, Developer Rick brings his problem-solving skills to the website and software side of the Blumin studio. In fact, Rick ran his own web development business prior to joining our team. Broadly speaking, Rick helps to manage and maintain client websites and content management systems as well as testing and writing code; ensuring at all times that client briefs and requests are met with solutions that add value.
