Are you our next Creative Artworker / Graphic Designer?


Full or part-time (12 month maternity cover) with potential for permanent role
Reporting to: Creative Director.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Artworker / Graphic Designer to join our friendly, hardworking team based in Cornwall and Cheshire. This is initially a maternity leave cover for 12 months, however due to an exciting period of growth for the studio, we are hoping that this would be extended into a permanent role.

Salary + benefits

  • £28,000 per annum pro-rata based on full/part time

  • 20 days paid holiday + bank holidays

  • Remote/Flexible Working

The role

Working closely with and supporting the Creative Director, you will be hands on creating and preparing artwork for both digital and print for a wide range of clients; from conception through to final sign-off. Adept at curating and creating designs across multiple formats using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator as standard) you have a keen eye for detail in creating visual concepts, retouching images, and adhering to client specifications as well as ensuring they meet all of the necessary print and web standards. You will be required to correct, proof and format documents before print, and act as extended brand custodian for our clients, ensuring documentation is consistent, accurate and follows brand guidelines and best practice. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous industry or freelance experience as a Creative Artworker

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative suite standard platforms (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Ability to prioritise work and deal with tight deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Campaign Monitor

  • Webflow

  • ClickUp

  • Powerpoint/keynote presentations
